Returns — fair to you, fair to the planet

We want you to love what you buy.
But if you don’t — we’d rather you return it than keep something you won’t use.

30‑day returns
Return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full product refund.

What cannot be returned

• Used notebooks or planners (we can’t resell them, and recycling them is wasteful)

• Opened washi tape, stickers, or any item with a broken seal

• Items damaged by you

How to return

1. Email info@yqitrade.com with your order number.

2. We’ll send our return address.

3. You ship it back (you pay return shipping unless we made an error).

Refund timing
Once received, we refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are not refunded.

Wrong or defective item
If we sent the wrong thing or something arrived damaged, email us within 7 days with a photo. We’ll send a replacement or full refund immediately — and you keep the wrong item (or donate it).
