Shipping — slow(er) shipping, on purpose

We don’t offer “two‑day shipping.”
Not because we can’t — but because fast shipping usually means more carbon.

Instead, we choose ground shipping whenever possible, and we bundle orders to reduce trips.

Processing time
We pack orders within 2–4 business days. We do this carefully, with plastic‑free padding and recycled boxes.

Domestic shipping 

• Standard ground: $[9.9] · arrives in 5–8 business days

• Free shipping: on orders over $[49]

• Expedited shipping: available at checkout (carbon‑offset where possible)

Tracking
You’ll get a tracking number by email. Please give the system 24–48 hours to update.

Lost or damaged in transit
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us within 7 days. We’ll replace it or refund you — no arguing.

At present, we only offer delivery services to the United States. (lower carbon footprint). We’re exploring international options with carbon offsets — stay tuned.
